Concept: Visionaries in Action - This mentorship event aims to empower participants to embrace their roles as visionaries, encouraging them to engage purposefully in their communities, equip themselves and others for impactful leadership, and excel in living out their faith in abundance. Through dynamic sessions, personal activations, and a supportive environment, attendees will be inspired to take actionable steps towards their God-given vision and purpose.

Objective of the In-Person Mentorship Meeting
The primary objective of the KLCM Mentorship Meeting is to equip and empower participants to become effective visionaries and leaders in their spheres of influence. Through collaborative discussions, practical activations, and personal ministry, attendees will gain insights and tools to engage with purpose, foster a culture of leadership, and excel in their spiritual journeys.

2nd Subject Discussion: Developing a Leadership Culture – Discuss the importance of cultivating a leadership culture within the home, church, and workplace. Learn practical strategies for fostering an environment that encourages leadership development and empowerment.
3rd Subject Discussion: Vision Casting in the Home and the Church – Understand the process of vision casting and its significance in both family and church settings. Participants will learn how to articulate and implement a compelling vision that aligns with God’s purpose.
4th Subject Discussion: The Call to Leadership – Examine the biblical foundations of leadership and the specific calling to lead. Participants will reflect on their personal callings and how they can embrace leadership in their lives.
5th Subject Discussion: Leading Through Adversity – Explore the challenges of leadership during difficult times. Discover strategies for resilience and faithfulness when facing adversity while leading others.
6th Subject Discussion: Addressing Misconceptions about Women in Ministry – Engage in an open discussion about common misconceptions surrounding women in ministry. Participants will explore biblical examples and the importance of empowering female leaders in the church.

Friday – April 26th Subject Discussions
1st Subject Discussion: Understanding Spiritual Gifts – Dive into the various spiritual gifts outlined in scripture and how they function within the body of Christ. Participants will learn to identify and activate their gifts for ministry.
2nd Subject Discussion: Overcoming Barriers to Stewardship – Discuss common barriers that hinder effective stewardship of gifts and resources. Participants will explore ways to overcome these obstacles and embrace a stewardship mindset.
3rd Subject Discussion: Finding Your Prayer Voice – Engage in exercises aimed at helping individuals discover and express their unique prayer voice. This session will encourage attendees to pray with authenticity and confidence.
4th Subject Discussion: Praying for National and Global Issues – Learn the significance of interceding for national and global issues. Participants will engage in prayer activations that focus on current events and global challenges.
5th Subject Discussion: The Prophetic Voice in Contemporary Society – Examine the role of the prophetic voice today. Participants will discuss how to discern and respond to God’s prophetic messages in a rapidly changing world.
